The City of Jackson is in a picturesque river valley centrally located between the booming town of Sioux Falls, SD and the Resort area of the Okoboji Lakes. Fairmont
What a nice community located on I-90 and Hwy 15. With a growing population of over 10,000 people, this city is alway doing something. Wal-Mart just announced a new store and they will join Wendy's and others as expansions.
Sherburn
Located right on I-90, only 15 miles from both Jackson and Fairmont. This is where the high school is for Martin County West schools. Welcome and Trimont are also part of this system.
Jackson County
This county has some of the richest farmland in the country, bordering Nobles, Cottonwood and Martin counties. To the south it borders Emmet and Dickinson county, Iowa.
Cottonwood County
This county is just north of Jackson and the county seat is Windom. Farmland in this region is awesome.
Lakefield
Lakefield is a small community with great heritage located on highway 86. Jackson is only 10 miles away and Worthington only 20.
Windom
Windom is located 17 miles north of Jackson on Hwy 71. With a beautiful school and river setting, Windom is a nice place to live.
